New Member Application
All sites interested in becoming members of the SCRI Research Network must be currently active in clinical research and have a research nurse in place to assist with regulatory compliance and data management. The following documents must be completed:
Applicants must follow the following steps:
- Complete the Site Questionnaire
- Complete the Site Information Form
- Submit SOP or Letter of Explanation detailing
- Emergency procedures in place to handle life threatening situations
- How the principle investigator personally oversees studies conducted at multiple sites
- The consent process
